No. 2 Ohio State (-15) at No. 13 Penn State: The biggest key here will be the fact that Ohio State has only gone on the road one other time this year, and Happy Valley is one of the best home field advantages in the country. Penn State will also be the best team that Ohio State has played up to this point, they have a quality defense and an offense that’s been good too even though it’s been inconsistent. Ohio State’s offense has been unbelievable all year too. This is the best game of the weekend so expect a good one here.
No. 19 Kentucky at No. 3 Tennessee (-12): This is going to be Tennessee’s first real test since the emotional Alabama win. This is going to be a contrast in styles with Kentucky being a team that’s all about defense and running the ball, while Tennessee is all about playing extremely fast on offense. Expect a good one in Knoxville, Kentucky has a history of playing spoiler under Mark Stoops. It’ll also be interesting to see how Tennessee responds to being a legit National Title Contender.
No. 9 Oklahoma State (-1) at No. 22 Kansas State: Oklahoma State is coming off a great rebound win against Texas after losing to TCU the week before. The Cowboys are still in position to win the Big 12 too, but just need some help in front of them. Kansas State is banged up at the quarterback position, which is a big question in this spot, but it’s still a home game in Manhattan, Kansas. The Big 12 is full of chaos this year, so expect nothing less than an entertaining game here and a matchup between teams that play very differently.
No. 14 Utah (-8) at Washington State: This is a Thursday night game for the Pac-12 in a place that historically has been a house of horrors for teams in the conference. Utah is coming off a bye after that emotional win against USC, while Washington State is also coming off a bye after a loss to Oregon State. This should be an interesting matchup but expect a defensive struggle due to how good each team are on that side of the ball.

Notre Dame at No. 16 Syracuse (-2): Notre Dame has been very disappointing this year and has just had a roller coaster of a season so far. Syracuse has been a great surprise this year and is coming off a close loss to Clemson. There could be a bit of a letdown for Syracuse in this spot because of that. Expect a very entertaining game here. There should also be a lot of Notre Dame fans there because of how big of a fanbase the Fighting Irish have in New York.
Florida vs. No. 1 Georgia (-21.5): The world’s largest outdoor cocktail party is always an entertaining watch. It should be an interesting matchup this year with Florida having a new head coach who seems to have revitalized the offense for the Gators. Georgia is still the team to beat in in college football too, but this could be a lot closer than the spread suggests.
