It's Sunday - and you know what that means, we officially have Week 4 college football lines out!
That's right, after a jam-packed weekend - where Penn State picked up a resounding win over Auburn, Alabama held on for dear life in the Swamp and UCLA fell apart late - let's get to this week's lines.
The schedule is highlighted by a pair of neutral site games: No. 16 Arkansas vs. No. 7 Texas A&M in Dallas, and No. 12 Notre Dame vs. No. 18 Wisconsin in Chicago.
Here are all the opening lines, via DraftKings Sportsbook:
Liberty (-6) at Syracuse - O/U 52.5 (Friday)
UNLV at No. 22 Fresno State (-31) - O/U 58.5 (Friday)
No. 12 Notre Dame vs. No. 18 Wisconsin (-4.5) - O/U 46.5
Kentucky (-4.5) at South Carolina - O/U 49
Kansas at Duke (-14.5) - O/U 58
Missouri (-2) at Boston College - O/U 59
No. 21 North Carolina (-12) at Georgia Tech - O/U 63
Akron at No. 10 Ohio State (-49) - O/U 67.5

No. 24 UCLA (-3.5) at Stanford - O/U 59
Illinois at Purdue (-11) - O/U 55
Colorado at Arizona State (-14.5) - O/U 44
Oregon State at USC (-12.5) - O/U 60.5
No. 16 Arkansas vs. No. 7 Texas A&M (-6) - O/U 47.5
West Virginia at No. 4 Oklahoma (-14.5) - O/U 58.5
Louisville (-2.5) at Florida State - O/U 61
No. 25 Kansas State at Oklahoma State (-7.5) - O/U 45.5
LSU (-3) at Mississippi State - O/U 57
Texas Tech at Texas (-9.5) - O/U 61
Clemson (-10) at NC State - O/U 47
Southern Mississippi at No. 1 Alabama (-44.5) - O/U 57
No. 2 Georgia (-34) at Vanderbilt - O/U 51
Arizona at No. 3 Oregon (-28) - O/U 58
Put simply, there really isn't a ton surprising here.
Among the things that do stand out: Arkansas is nearly a touchdown underdog against Texas A&M, with the Aggies coming into this game with back-up quarterback Zach Calzada. The Aggies struggled - and barely survived - against the only Power 5 team they've faced all year, Colorado last week.
In Chicago, Wisconsin being about a 4.5 point favorite feels about right, considering we really haven't seen an impressive performance from Notre Dame all season.
Everywhere else, keep an eye on Clemson as a double-digit favorite on the road - the Tigers probably shouldn't be favored by double-figures against anyone. Also, Georgia sits as a 34-point favorite, following a 37-point win over South Carolina. It's also a week before they host Arkansas in what should be a Top 25 matchup.
UCLA being favored shows that the oddsmakers still believe in them, or maybe just not in Stanford. And also in the Pac-12 Oregon is a four-touchdown home favorite against Arizona.
