The Giants lost to Atlanta- and Giants fans have had ENOUGH with Joe Judge. Here are the best tweets

Its hard to believe that it wasn't all that long ago that the New York Giants were actually a respectable NFL football team. From 2006-2016 the team made the playoffs five times and captured two Eli Manning led Super Bowl wins.

Unfortunately that is a long time ago, and the organization has absolutely been a disaster of late. They've missed the playoffs every year since 2017, going 3-13, 5-11, 4-12 and 6-10 in the process, going from Ben McAdoo to Pat Schmur and now Joe Judge in the process.

And on Saturday, Judge might have lost the fan-base for good. After a Thursday night meltdown against Washington two weeks ago where Washington missed a game-winning field goal - only to get a second chance off a Giants penalty, New York had a game Sunday against fellow 0-2 squad Atlanta in a must-win game.

Unlike Atlanta, which traded Julio Jones in the off-season and is clearly in the early parts of a rebuild as the Matt Ryan era winds down, the Giants are the opposite: In year three with Daniel Jones and year two with Judge, meaning an 0-3 start would be unacceptable.

Instead, the Giants lost to the Falcons, in a game which included New York punting from its own 40 yard line with just two minutes to go in a tie game.

Atlanta got the ball back, drove the length of the field and scored the game-winning touchdown.

And as you can imagine, Giants fans are... NOT happy.

Here's some of the best reaction from around the internet: t

The good news for the Giants, well at least the schedule gets easier, with their next five coming at New Orleans, at Dallas, then the Rams and Panthers at home, followed by the Chiefs on the road.

Oh wait, never mind. The Giants are screwed.
