There's just one problem: As wild as it is of a win if you're an Oklahoma fan, it is just soul crushing if you root for UT.
Put simply, it's hard to imagine a more crushing loss for Longhorns fans. In Steve Sarkisian's first shot at the rivalry, Texas went up 14-0 two minutes into the game, 28-7 after one quarter and led by two scores at the end of the third.
Oh, and the defense played so well, that the preseason Heisman favorite got benched, and it's hard to see the scenario where he wins back the starting quarterback job.
And they still found a way to lose, 55-48.
