First look: NBA Finals Game 1, series and Finals MVP betting odds (presented by Betfred Sportsbook)

The NBA Finals are officially set, as after a wild Eastern Conference Finals, the Miami Heat have officially advanced to take on the Denver Nuggets.

And with it, it's time to look ahead to these NBA Finals - and the Betfred Sportsbook already have you covered with both Game 1 and series prices!

Starting with Game 1 of the NBA Finals, which will take place on Thursday night in Denver, the home-team Nuggets have opened as a commanding favorite.

Game 1 odds:

Miami Heat (+8.5) (+295 ML)

Denver Nuggets (-8.5) (-390 ML)

Also, the over/under has been set at 219.5.

Ultimately that big line isn't all that shocking for a few reasons: One, the Denver Nuggets are simply the more well-rested team, as they'll be closing in on 10 days off before tip-off of Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Also, while home-court advantage is sometimes overrated (ask the Celtics), the truth is that it is an x-factor for Denver, which hasn't lost at home yet this postseason.

Beyond that, Betfred has also listed a series price, where Denver is an overwhelming favorite.

Series Price:

Denver (-420)

Miami (+390)

And finally, if you want to hit a quick prop bet - Betfred already has odds posted for NBA Finals MVP.

Nikola Jokic is the favorite there at -320, while you can get Jimmy Butler at +330.
