Pac-12 title game - No. 14 Utah vs No. 6 USC (-2.5) - Friday (Las Vegas, NV): This should be one of the best games of the weekend. When these two teams met in October it was one of the best games of the year. USC lost that shootout thanks to Kyle Whittingham’s decision to go for two at the very end. This game should be more of the same with both offenses having the ability to score a lot. The Utah defense hasn’t lived up to the hype, but they need to step up if they are going to have a chance here against an electric USC offense. Caleb Williams could also cement himself more for the Heisman in this spot too. USC also needs a win and they’re in the College Football Playoff.

Big 12 title game - No. 12 Kansas State vs. No. 4 TCU (-2.5) (Arlington, TX): This is also up there for game of the weekend possibility. Kansas State gave TCU one of their biggest tests this season and forced the Horned Frogs to come back from their biggest deficit this season, which was 18 points. This is a game all about a contrast in styles, with TCU wanting to score as much as possible, and having a high-flying offense, while Kansas State relies on their ground game, and their defense to win games. This game will come down to which style wins out and who can impose their will more. TCU needs a win to cement themselves in the College Football Playoff, while if they lost it’s still possible, but less certain.

SEC title game - No. 5 LSU vs No. 1 Georgia (-17) (Atlanta, GA): This game has lost some of its luster with LSU’s loss to Texas A&M, but it still has a ton of potential. Jayden Daniels might also be questionable in this game, and if that’s the case LSU’s chances of winning are almost nonexistent. Georgia has been the most consistently dominant team all year, and LSU needs all the help it can get when going toe-to-toe with the Bulldogs. Georgia is already firmly in the College Football Playoff, but a win here would all but lock it up even more. The fact LSU is even here is an accomplishment too and is something for Brian Kelly to build on.

Big Ten title game - Purdue vs No. 3 Michigan (-16.5) (Indianapolis, IN): Michigan has a claim to be the team with the best shot at taking down Georgia, especially after the way they looked against Ohio State. Purdue fell into winning the Big Ten West after Iowa lost to Nebraska, but they have shown they can be dangerous this year. Purdue has a lot of firepower on offense so it will be interesting to see how the Michigan defense does against Purdue. Michigan is also firmly in the College Football Playoff, and a win would lock it up even more as well.

ACC title game - No. 8 Clemson (-7.5) vs No. 17 North Carolina (Charlotte, NC): This is another game that has a lot of potential. Both teams are coming off losses this past week and will want to do their best to rebound and win an ACC Title. Clemson’s offense needs help, but the defense has been great all year. For North Carolina it’s the opposite, with the offense being great all year, but the defense struggling. This has a lot of potential, even if there’s no Playoff implications on the game. Drake Maye playing this Clemson defense is reason to watch on its own.
