One week of college football is officially in the books, and we have a new Top 25.

Here it is:

1) Alabama

2) Georgia

3) Ohio State

4) Oklahoma

5) Texas A&M

6) Clemson

7) Cincinnati

8) Notre Dame

9) Iowa State

10) Iowa

11) Penn State

12) Oregon

13) Florida

14) USC

15) Texas

16) UCLA

17) Coastal Carolina

18) Wisconsin

19) Virginia Tech

20) Ole Miss

21) Utah

22) Miami

23) Arizona State

24) North Carolina

25) Auburn

Among the big news is Georgia's ascent all the way from No. 5 in the preseason to No. 2, following their largely dominant win over Clemson. The Tigers fell from just No. 3 to No. 6, a clear sign of respect to just how good the Dawgs are, and of course also a credit to the Tigers for even scheduling the game to begin with.

In terms of other big movers, well, UCLA was the clear winner here, as they went from unranked to No. 16, following their victory over LSU. Penn State also jumped eight spots from No. 19 to No. 11, while Iowa went from No. 18 to No. 10, following a dominant victory over Indiana.

In addition to UCLA, Virginia Tech also made its debut in the Top 25, as did Ole Miss after their dominating victory over Louisville, with Auburn also making its first appearance of the season. LSU, Indiana, Washington and Louisiana all dropped out following losses last week.

Looking ahead to this coming weekend, we will have a pair of Top 15 matchups highlighting the slate:

No. 12 Oregon will play at No. 3 Ohio State, Saturday at noon ET, while No. 9 Iowa State will host cross-state rival, No. 10 Iowa.

There are no other Top 25 matchups on the slate.
